We are excited to announce the opening of our new flagship Blue C Sushi restaurant at the prestigious University Village in Seattle, Washington. This, our newest restaurant, will join with our other existing Seattle area and California locations to continue to serve on our mission of Fresher, Faster and Smarter.

We believe that all good things that go around come around. We call this ‘Goodness In Motion’. The new flagship Blue C Sushi is the culmination of our team’s creative vision blended with our guests’ collective feedback and insights.

We have introduced an even broader menu that proudly represents the next generation of Blue C Sushi, and provides our guests with the ultimate dining experience. New Robata grilled items and an expanded offering of Japanese Dumplings are just part of the culinary innovations we are pleased to introduce.

To build upon our existing ‘Smart Plate’ technology monitoring system, we have implemented a variety of new features and state of the art technologies to ensure you the freshest and fastest dining experience. Thousands of you from our Seattle and California locations have provided detailed feedback on your experiences with us. You have shared that there are many elements of Blue C that you enjoy: our diversity; creativity; great quality; superb value; amazingly fast service, and that we do it all in a fun and dynamic environment! We sincerely appreciate all of the feedback received, and we are dedicated to being highly innovative in all areas of Blue C Sushi!

Our Direct Delivery Train

Blue C Sushi has been a go-to destination for a Japanese-inspired dining experience for more than 10 years. Our décor, hip vibe and belt delivery system transports our guests through a journey of modern day Tokyo via a parade of colorful plates named after the local Tokyo subway lines. Today, we are able to extend our innovative belt delivery system with another break through.

We are introducing our three new Direct Delivery Trains: Goodness In Motion, Blue C Express and the Blue C Line. These specialty trains are the first and only of their kind! Running on their own designated tracks, these ‘one of a kind’ trains deliver our creative dishes as ordered from our menu or Smart Tablet directly to your table… the convenience is incomparable and the fun is contagious. You’ll need to see them to believe them!

Our Japanese Robata Grill

Many of you have asked us to continue innovating with our menu offerings… and we agree! The flagship Blue C Sushi at University Village now offers items from our new, authentic Japanese Robata Grill. Our Robata grill cooks at approximately 1000 degrees, which ensures our skewers are perfectly grilled in the finest Japanese tradition. Along with special seasonal offerings, you will see Steak, Vegetable, Chicken and Seafood skewers, as well as other specialty items such as seasonal Yellowtail or Salmon Kama. These items are all freshly grilled and delivered straight to your table using our Direct Delivery Trains.

Custom Cast Iron Gyoza Griddle

We have also expanded our offering of Japanese dumplings. These are prepared on our new, authentic cast iron Japanese Nanbu cook top. This custom Gyoza griddle crisply sears the outside while simultaneously steaming the inside filling of our Japanese dumplings. We offer Vegetarian, Meat, and Seafood options!

Smart Tablet Technology

We have utilized our unique and proprietary ‘Smart Plate’ Technology for years to ensure the freshness of all our items on the belt. We now offer Smart Tablet Technology for touch screen ordering of items directly from our tablet menu to the table. If you are selecting from the belt or ordering from the menu, we want you to have your food quickly! The Smart Tablet also allows you, our guests, to see a running sub total of the items you have ordered through the tablet.

New Crazy Hour!

Last… And certainly not least, we are delighted to introduce our new “Crazy Hour” in all of our Blue C locations. It is truly THE BEST Happy Hour anywhere and includes the best of all we have to offer. Between the hours of 3:00pm and 6:00pm Monday-Friday, we are making ALL FOOD ITEMS on the belt available for $3.00. Additionally, we have included all of our Specialty Cocktails, House Wines, and select Sake and Beer Offerings for $3.00. So be sure to have a cocktail… Or two!

• To better accommodate demand, we have nearly doubled our seating capacity.
• We are offering a ‘Seasonal’ Raw Bar, which will feature items such as Uni (Sea Urchin), Live Scallop, Live Shrimp, Oysters, and various Specialty Fish.
• Our New Menu includes all of the old Blue C favorites, plus our Robata Grill items, expanded Japanese Dumpling offerings, and other new specialty dishes and innovative monthly specials.
• We have expanded our Dessert offerings. In addition to traditional Blue C Favorites, we now offer special Japanese Dessert Crepes, Soft Serve Ice Cream and Cotton Candy from our new companion operation, ‘Little Blue C’.
• Little Blue C offers special Japanese Dessert Crepes, Soft Serve Ice Cream, as well as Blue C Cotton Candy and other fun sweets. It also will include our new innovative offerings for Grab ‘N Go such as Omusubi (Onigiri), Sushi Cones and Customizable Hand Rolls which include a variety of fresh, handmade and seasonal sushi ingredients.
• We have meaningfully expanded our video entertainment. In addition to Blue C TV, we are offering game day viewing of Seahawk and Husky games, along with other sports and special events, throughout the restaurant.
