One of the most popular things to do when visiting Japan is to socialize at a sidewalk pastry shop. During our own travels to Tokyo we fell in love with Japanese cream puffs and decided we wanted to serve our own authentic version at Blue C Sushi. So, we hired a pastry chef from Tokyo to create our cream puff recipe as well as other Tokyo style sweets. Today we have a team of pastry chefs who make Tokyo Sweets desserts from scratch every morning and deliver them to Blue C for our our guests. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
