Is the fish delivered pre-cut at Blue C Sushi?

NO. Any fish that is delivered to Blue C Sushi is professionally sliced every day by our senior sushi chefs.

How does tipping work in a Kaiten Sushi Restaurant.

Most of our guests tip a traditional 15% because the tips are shared between the sushi chefs and servers.

Can I order something if I don't see it on the belt?

Absolutely. If you don't see a menu item coming around on the belt it is most likely being made, but feel free to ask your server or one of the sushi chefs and they will get it made for you.

Does any of your food contain peanut?

Given the self-serve nature of Kaiten Sushi we decided not to add peanut in any of our foods or dressings that we make in-house.

Is Blue C Sushi a good place to bring kids?

Brings the kids! We are constantly amazed at the number of kids eating sushi these days. It's not uncommon to see kids dragging their parents in instead of the other way around.
